The current Impossible Burger recipe (a.k.a. Impossible Burger 2.0) has no gluten-containing ingredients.
You may have heard that our original recipe contained wheat protein. That’s correct, but we stopped producing and distributing it in early 2019.
Please apply the same level of caution that you would with any food and check with the restaurant about cross-contamination risks. And as always, feel free to reach out to us with questions.
