It has many of the same ingredients you recognize from Impossible™ Burger. Soy protein concentrate to pack it with protein, sunflower oil and coconut oil to give it a fatty mouthfeel, soy leghemoglobin to give it a craveable, meaty taste… you know the drill.

It measures up nutritionally, too. One patty has 6g protein, 1.3mg iron, 0mg cholesterol, 7g total fat, 2.5g saturated fat and 100 calories.
