Impossible™ Sausage Made from Plants is juicy, savory, pre-seasoned meat, made from plants, designed for kosher and halal certification. Perfect for breakfast or any meal, really. It contains no gluten, no animal hormones and no antibiotics.
It has many of the same ingredients you recognize from Impossible™ Burger. Soy protein concentrate to pack it with protein, sunflower oil and coconut oil to give it a fatty mouthfeel, soy leghemoglobin to give it a craveable, meaty taste… you know the drill.
What’s new? We’ve added some new ingredients to give it the spiciness, sweetness, juiciness, and chewiness you love and expect from breakfast sausage. Here’s the ingredient list:

It measures up, nutritionally, too. A raw, 2-ounce serving has 7g protein, 1.69mg iron, 0mg cholesterol, 9g total fat, 4g saturated fat and 130 calories. For reference, a 2-ounce serving of conventional Jimmy Dean’s raw pork sausage made from pigs contains 7g protein, 0.36mg iron, 40mg cholesterol, 21g total fat, 7g saturated fat and 220 calories.
