Here’s how we like to make a classic Impossible™ Burger:
- 1. Form patties, or if you’re using one of our pre-formed patty packs, no assembly required!
- 2. Preheat your well-oiled pan to MEDIUM-HIGH or your grill to HIGH.
- 3. If you’re using thawed patties, cook for about 2 minutes per side. If your patties are frozen, they’ll need about 4 minutes per side.
