Because our orders are delivered by FedEx, it’s possible that the outer box may look less-than-pretty when it arrives. Know that we’ve taken care to ensure that the inner contents are well-protected from damage, and as long as the product packaging itself is intact, the quality of your order won’t be affected.
If you open the box and discover that there’s an issue with your product itself, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. If your concern involves damaged or otherwise unusable product, please include photos of the product and packaging (including lot code information) so that our team can look into it.
